Hanging My Work For Sale
View Image Gallery
Within two weeks of my return from Cambodia and Thailand I was feverishly printing, matting, framing, and hanging a show at Studio Evolve, a new pilates studio in the Wallingford neighborhood, which also wants to portray itself as a mini gallery. My dad was the master of the matte while I engineered a hanging system for smaller prints intending to make my work more available to people who enjoy art but are of my economic class.
Considering the minimal advertising I think the event went well and I am very appreciative of my friends who came to show their support.
If you were unable to make the event, here is a gallery of the work which is still available as matted 5×7 ($45), matted 8×10 ($85), and 12×18 framed to 20×24 ($400)–still trying to keep things in the affordable range.
